Scottish Castle Styled Shoot

styled shoot, weddingRyann JarrardComment

I had the great pleasure of working with Casie from Thistle Wynd Productions to help bring her stationery vision to life for this STUNNING styled shoot that took place at Wardhill Castle in Scotland! I’m in love with all the fall colors and the deep jewel tones Casie chose for the palette. Every detail was perfectly captured by Liana of Liana Mitrea Wedding Stories.

We used deckled (hand torn) paper and I included an illustration of the castle on the invitation. Beautiful calligraphy provided by the uber talented Catrina of Camel and Birdie.

Disney World Wedding Inspiration | Styled Shoot

When Heather, the very talented wedding planner of Heather Benge Events, approached me about creating wedding stationery for a styled shoot she had planned at Disney World, I jumped at the opportunity! I think my two favorite details from this suite have to be the letterpress envelope liner and the die cut Magic Kingdom belly band I created to go around the response card.

This shoot reminds me so much of Spring with the bright florals and table linens. I hope you enjoy!

All things pink! first birthday styled shoot

birthday, styled shootRyann JarrardComment

I've had the pleasure of taking part in a handful of styled shoots over the past year (I am going to try and post about each one...soon!) but all have been wedding styled shoots. So when Esther Freedman, the founder and designer of cuteheads, the most adorable children's clothing line, approached me about a little girl's first birthday styled shoot - I jumped at the opportunity. The little girl pictured below is wearing the Leah Tutu Romper from Cuteheads. I'm fairly certain I'm going to need to order it for my daughter ASAP.

I've known Esther since high school and have spent the past few years being in awe of her amazing entrepreneurial journey. She also mentioned that the photographer for the shoot was none other then Ailee Petrovic of Snapshots by Ailee Petrovic who just recently shot a bunch of my wedding invitations and featured me on her blog!

Let's talk a minute about that acrylic PINK chandelier. Its from Chandelier by NK and was the inspiration for this shoot! Also - isn't that laurel headband precious? I've followed Willow Crowns on instagram for a while and adore all her little girl's hair accessories!

The two pieces I provided for the shoot were this adorable invitation which I die cut "ONE" on (LOTS AND LOTS of pink in this shoot!) and backed it with this fun gold glitter paper. I also created the bunting banner below for the smash cake topper. I've been a long-time patron of Three Brothers Bakery - I used to ride my bike there when I was little and buy gingerbread cookies with my allowance! I love that they were able to do a pink ombre for the smash cake!

If you have a little princess who loves pink - I hope you were able to grab some inspiration from this very pink post!
